GEOGRAPHICAL FOCUS:
Initial focus and scalability across the Lango sub-region.
SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY:
- Develop a network of trained media mentors and climate educators in each school.
- Foster partnerships with media houses and CSOs to co-host programs and share content.
- Explore donor support, CSR funding, and income from workshops and media services to sustain operations.
- Establish an online platform (website or YouTube channel) for hosting local climate stories and educational resources.
